With over 20+ years experience in performance, direction and leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the art of human expression and uncovering what it is that prevents us from true connection and impactful communication.

My career began as a musical theatre performer, signed with renowned London Agents Keddie Scott Associates. After a decade on stage I transitioned to directing and choreography, bringing stories to life from the other side of the curtain while simultaneously founding and scaling three highly successful arts sector startups. As a managing director and artistic director I combined creative vision with strategic commercial success, cementing my reputation as a dynamic leader in the industry.

I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a trained, highly experienced secondary and FE educator with specialism in arts in education, a member of the Association of Coaching and hold certifications in NLP, leadership and public speaking coaching.
