Who I am

I coach with a warm, engaging, and practical approach that centers my clients, empowering them to work in a way that suits their individual needs. I specialise in high-impact transformational coaching that optimises and elevates communication, amplifies confidence, and radically shifts how clients feel, how they show up and how they are perceived and understood.

My career began on the professional stage as a musical theatre performer, signed with renowned London Agents Keddie Scott Associates. After a decade on stage I transitioned in to directing and choreography, bringing stories to life from the other side of the curtain while simultaneously founding and scaling three highly successful arts sector startups. As a managing director and artistic director I combined creative vision with strategic commercial success, cementing my reputation as a dynamic leader in the industry.

With over 20+ years experience in performance, direction and leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the art of human expression and uncovering what it is that prevents us from true connection and impactful communication.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a qualified and highly skilled educator (Secondary education and FE) a member of the Association of Coaching, and hold certifications in Public Speaking Coaching, NLP Coaching and Professional Leadership Coaching.
